「橫渡英倫海峽,相當於征服游泳界的珠穆朗瑪峰。」水溫16度,接力16小時,泳渡45公里,時而驚濤駭浪,時而有機會雷電交加,時而有一大群水母伴你同游,這樣橫渡英倫海峽,你敢挑戰嗎?Eliza Chang 、Allen Che 、Eugene Wong三位香港大學校友將於本年九月嘗試完成這項挑戰——以三人接力方式橫渡英倫海峽。

Tony創辦了全港第一間只做環保建築的建築師樓,他深信建築是講求人與人之間的關係、自己的故事和感情。「這個世界有改變嗎?我自己的小小信念,你不能以一己之力改變這個世界,但你可以改變身邊的人,慢慢令身邊人逐小逐小改變,建築的發展都是由小區做好示範,這個社區做得好,可能就會變成一個政策。我相信夢想是重要的,每個人都有改變的力量。」

沐浴於林,開放感官,引領身心與大自然重新接軌,達到療癒效果,這就是日本林業廳於1982年推出「森林浴」(shinrin-yoku) 的意思。法律學院和社會科學院校友 Amanda (易琪) 畢業後在律師行拼搏多年,卻因為2014年一個人生轉捩點,轉投大自然為她的「合伙人」,成為森林療癒 (Forest Therapy) 嚮導,積極透過其創辦的「香港森林浴」,讓都市人擁抱一直被忽略的大自然。
