When I was a little girl, I was asked to be a flower girl for my cousin’s wedding. Everything about that day was perfect: The ivory, strapless Vera Wang gown she wore, the spectacular flower walls, and the romantic “I’do’s” at sunset. From that day forward, I started to imagine what my wedding would be like.

My dream took a giant step closer to reality when I founded the Asia Wedding Network, an online wedding platform with one goal- to make wedding planning fun and simple. Our site provides everything brides need to plan their big day whether it’s picking out the right gown or understanding the legalities behind getting married. Everyday, I make sure that our brides are getting helpful content, quality vendor choices, and all the resources needed to make their wedding day flawless.

Everyone will have #bridezilla-like symptoms when being an entrepreneur- it’s certainly not an easy job. To keep things running smoothly, I use my experience gained leading marketing teams at other startups and in investment banking at J.P. Morgan after graduating from Columbia University. The skills I learned while writing for the Wall Street Journal and studying for my Master’s Degree in Media & Journalism at the University of Hong Kong help us make sure that our content is always top-notch. I was also invited to be a contributor for Forbes, where I currently write about luxury and lifestyle in Asia and continue to perfect my skills in creating quality content. The dedication and hard work of our talented all-women team at the Asia Wedding Network is what makes us one of the trendiest, most-innovative wedding platforms around.

In 2016, I was featured in the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in Asia in the Media, Marketing & Advertising category. This was a huge step for the Asia Wedding Network, as we continue to establish ourselves in the wedding industry in Asia.

Running the Asia Wedding Network is amazing. But being able to take part in the most important day of every girl’s life is a dream come true.

Everyone will have #bridezilla-like symptoms when being an entrepreneur- it’s certainly not an easy job.
