“On a hot summer evening in August, thirty-four members of the HKUAA Ontario gathered for a BBQ party at Ms Irene Chu’s Toronto residence. The guests of honour were Professor Lap-Chee Tsui, immediate past President & Vice-Chancellor of HKU, and his wife Ellen. With the luscious fare of foods and desserts, done to perfection, it was an evening of friendship and cheer for members to rephrase the camaraderie and flourish the complacency which have since been developed at the start of their first school day at HKU.“
